Demand is still sky high, but inventory is shrinking fast! Across the board, sales prices for homes in TN continue to be higher than they were just a year ago!! Meanwhile, the total number of properties for sale and new listings are both significantly below where they were last year, with the average days on the market staying under 55 days for Davidson, Rutherford, and Williamson Counties! One interesting trend in these graphs is that the total number of properties sold is actually up slightly in Rutherford and up 5.2% in Davidson from last year. This further indicates that competition amongst buyers is incredibly fierce right now!
